Gene A. Miller is President of Miller Sherrill Blake Eagle CPA PA with 41+ years experience as a certified public accountant. He is a 1965 graduate of Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina, attended Law School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and in 1988 graduated from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. He also holds federal and state securities licenses. He is a past president of the Western Piedmont Estate Planning Council and past president of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, Charlotte Chapter, which has over 1,500 CPA members. Among his duties with the firm, Mr. Miller focuses on consulting with clients concerning their financial management strategies. Financial services, which consists of money management and life insurance products, is a new client offering that is headed up by Mr. Miller as part of the firm's personal financial planning area.
