For over 39 years our philosophy has been:

We offer our clients - whether individuals, partnerships or corporations - the services designed to help them meet their financial goals. We have evolved over the years into a firm prepared to serve emerging or successful businesses, offering customized service designed to address their unique and ever-changing needs. Purposefully we have positioned ourselves as such by providing all of our clients with the attention to detail and concern for their needs that is only achieved through a total commitment to their success. In fact, many of our largest clients, the largest anticipating gross revenues to exceed $75 million in 2001, were start up operations.

Our practice consists of accounting and auditing, tax and consultation. In particular, our consulting business involves business planning, retirement plans, money management and insurance, personnel recruiting, real estate, banking, tax planning, and the design and installation of accounting and computer systems.

The quality services and reliable consultation that we offer are based on the competence, knowledge, and background of our professional staff and the approximately 92 years of combined experience of our partners. In addition, we are also associated with a multi-national CPA firm with whom we consult regarding emerging issues unique to our clients with national or international markets. Recently, the firm formed an alliance with Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL) to assist with money management and insurance products.

As members of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Financial Planning Association (CVP/CFP), we are concerned with maintaining the integrity of the standards established by these associations and have been active in support of their programs designed to ensure their effectiveness.
